About the job As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders on whatever matters most at the moment — whether that’s shaping the product roadmap, analyzing data, building investor updates, running AI-led experiments, supporting key GTM initiatives, or researching new markets. You will be the founders’ problem solver, strategic thinker, and execution partner. The right person is someone with high learnability, solid analytical thinking, insane hustle, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity.

If you love solving diverse problems using AI tools like ChatGPT, Lovable, Replit, Gamma, Notion AI, and more — this role is tailor-made for you. What You’ll Do Product & Strategy Contribute to the product roadmap alongside the founders and product leads. Conduct research on customer pain points, competitor products, market gaps, and AI advancements.

Prototype ideas using AI tools — from UI mocks to user flows to AI agent experiments. Prepare PRDs, business cases, and feature briefs. AI-Led Experimentation Use tools like ChatGPT, Lovable, Gamma, Figma AI, and data copilots to rapidly validate ideas.

Experiment with internal automation, workflow scaling, and operational efficiency using AI tools. Data & Insights Run data analysis to identify usage patterns, funnel issues, and customer insights. Build dashboards, reports, and insights decks for decision-making.

Investor & Board Work Support creation of investor decks, monthly updates, pitch materials, and due diligence documents.



Work on strategic narrative-building, positioning, and competitive analysis.

Execution

Projects (High Priority) Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, growth, ops, hiring, and CX. Drive special projects that change week-to-week depending on business needs. Serve as the go-to person for critical tasks requiring speed, structure, and ownership.

Who You Are 0–5 years of experience (open to freshers, analysts, consultants, PM/ops talent, or high-achieving generalists). Exceptionally strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and structured communication. Deep curiosity about AI, automation, SaaS, GTM, and product.

Able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Extremely high ownership, bias for action, and willingness to get your hands dirty. Comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in situations where direction is broad but expectations are high.

Hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Figma, Excel/Sheets, Gamma, or automation tools. Great writing skills — from crisp docs to strategy memos to product notes.
