Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, focused on incubating recent strategic initiatives and growth opportunities for Magsmen and its clients. The EIR will research markets, analyze business models, and identify gaps where integrated brand, business, and legal strategies can create value.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and testing new service offerings, developing go-to-market plans, and collaborating closely with consulting teams and leadership to refine ideas into actionable projects. The EIR will engage with founders and executives, facilitate strategic workshops,



and contribute to thought leadership content that reflects Magsmen’s philosophy. This role also involves tracking performance metrics, iterating on pilots, and supporting the execution of high-impact strategic interventions for clients.

Qualifications

- Strategic thinking and business acumen with experience in business model design, market analysis, and growth strategy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, including the ability to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting complex ideas clearly to founders, executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience or strong interest in brand strategy, positioning, and the integration of brand with business and legal considerations.
- Consulting or startup experience, with a track record of working on cross-functional projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate in a rapid-paced environment, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Law, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Comfort with ambiguity, curiosity to explore new sectors, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practices in all engagements.
