Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Supply Chain Planning Architect / Business Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning solutions. The candidate will work on

Blue Yonder/JDA/i2 planning solutions

, cloud applications, SaaS implementations, migrations, solution design, and customer consulting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, architect, migrate, and implement cloud-based

Supply Chain Planning solutions

.

- Analyze existing customer solutions and support migration to

Blue Yonder Cognitive Planning

.

- Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications.

- Design and develop customer

POCs, demos, templates, and reusable solution artifacts

.

- Work with customers, architects, PMs, product teams, and consulting teams.

- Develop functional specifications for interfaces, reports, screens, and system enhancements.

- Develop and execute test scripts and perform end-to-end solution, workflow, interface, data-flow, and performance testing.

- Support go-live, knowledge transfer, user training, and solution enablement.

- Provide guidance on supply chain best practices and planning processes.

- Identify product enhancements and communicate requirements to product/PMG teams.





- Prepare and deliver presentations and solution demonstrations to customers and management.

- Support troubleshooting, defect analysis, Jira/case management, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning / Solution Architecture / Business Consulting.

- Hands-on experience with

Blue Yonder / JDA / i2

or similar supply chain planning solutions.

- Strong knowledge of

Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SCP/ESP, Fulfill, S&OP;, and IO

.

- Experience in

Manufacturing and/or Retail supply chain.

- Experience with o9, Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP IBP or other planning solutions is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of

Supply Chain Management, tactical planning, demand & supply planning

.

- Knowledge of

Time Series Forecasting, Statistics, AI/ML algorithms

.

- Working knowledge of

Python/R and relevant packages

.

- Understanding of

Azure, Snowflake, databases, SaaS platforms, and DevOps

.

- Robust business analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research.

- APICS certification is a plus.

- Experience in cloud/SaaS migration and implementation.

- Experience working with global customers and multiple time zones.
