Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves analyzing business processes in manufacturing and engineering operations, mapping requirements to ERP functionalities, and configuring ERP modules to support production, inventory, procurement, and finance workflows. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, manage implementations, migrate data, and ensure system integration with existing tools and equipment.

Daily responsibilities include preparing documentation, training end users,



providing post-implementation support, and troubleshooting functional and technical issues. The ERP Consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance system performance.

Qualifications

- Strong ERP consulting skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, and implementation support.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and production planning processes, preferably within machining, fabrication, or precision engineering environments.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and basic database concepts to support decision-making and system optimization.
- Ability to create clear documentation, user manuals, and training materials, and to deliver effective user training sessions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; ERP certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in ERP projects within industrial or manufacturing settings is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and engage closely with shop-floor teams and management.
