Lead enterprise‐scale IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security programs with a strong track record in M&A; engagements (carve‐outs, separations, integrations, Day 1 readiness, TSA exits). Provide strategic and technical leadership across global delivery teams, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable IT environments during complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end‐to‐end IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security delivery for enterprise M&A; programs.
- Lead design and execution of Cloud, Data Center, Network, IAM, End User Computing, Collaboration, ITSM workstreams.
- Ensure cyber resilience and compliance during carve‐outs, integrations, and transition phases.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align IT and Cyber strategy with transaction objectives.
- Build and refine M&A; playbooks, accelerators, and AI‐enabled methodologies to improve speed, quality, and cost.
- Mentor and scale high‐performing teams, fostering technical depth and program leadership.




- Provide execution oversight, risk management, and delivery assurance for time‐sensitive programs.

Ideal Profile
- 18+ years of IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security leadership in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in M&A; IT programs: carve‐outs, separations, integrations, Day 1 readiness, TSA exits.
- Robust technical breadth across enterprise Infra & Cyber domains with ability to challenge solution designs.
- Demonstrated leadership of large global/offshore delivery teams (50+ members).
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to blend executive presence with hands‐on technical depth to drive outcomes.
- Track record of leveraging automation, AI, and accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency.
