Role Purpose

Lead the design, engineering, modernization, governance, and operational excellence of the Containerization capability for TEE, delivering secure, resilient, scalable, supportable, and measurable enterprise technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the enterprise containerization and modernization strategy across application and infrastructure landscapes.
- Lead large-scale application migration and modernization initiatives, delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Establish reusable platforms, automation, CI/CD pipelines, security controls, and observability standards.
- Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to enable scalable, resilient, and cloud-ready solutions.
- Drive application assessment, migration planning, governance, and execution excellence.
- Accelerate engineering adoption through technical leadership, coaching, and standardized playbooks.
- Serve as the enterprise technical authority for container platforms and modernization practices.
- Measure and optimize modernization outcomes through velocity, reliability, productivity,



and cloud-readiness metrics.
