Responsibilities
- Build Salesforce Agentforce agents, actions, prompts and guardrails integrated with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Implement agent orchestration, retrieval pipelines, evaluation frameworks and RAG across CRM and enterprise data estates.
- Own CI/CD, security controls, cost tuning and knowledge transfer to customer run teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years enterprise engineering; 3+ years delivering AI/ML or GenAI systems in production.
- Hands-on with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Flows, Apex and at least one major cloud AI platform.
- Robust grasp of security, PII handling, model risk and enterprise data governance.
