About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Education Counselor – Enrollments to join our team.
The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career and learning requirements, recommending suitable programs, addressing their queries, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' career goals, interests, and learning requirements.
- Explain AcceleratorX programs, course structure, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and help them select programs relevant to their goals.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve assigned enrollment and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide a positive pre-enrollment experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in EdTech, inside sales, education counselling, admissions, or business development is preferred.
