Role Description This is a full time, on-site Enrolled Agent (EA) Course Trainer role based at the Kochi campus. The EA Trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on U.S. taxation, IRS regulations, and EA exam content, using clear examples and practical case studies.

Responsibilities include preparing curriculum plans, creating learning materials and assessments, conducting lectures and doubt-clearing sessions, and monitoring learner progress through tests and feedback.



The trainer will provide academic mentoring, support exam preparation strategies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes relevant to EA certification. Collaboration with academic coordinators for scheduling, reporting on student performance, and contributing to continuous improvement of the EA program are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in U.S. Taxation, including Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation relevant to EA certification.
- Solid understanding of Accounting principles and the preparation, review, and interpretation of Financial Statements.
- Demonstrated ability to teach complex Tax and accounting concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.
- Prior experience as an Enrolled Agent, tax professional, or trainer in taxation/accounting education is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-focused approach.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning management systems, and online resources to support instruction.
- Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; EA certification or equivalent professional qualification is a strong advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and supporting diverse learners in achieving career-focused outcomes.
