Role & Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments and assessments.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding and subject knowledge among students.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Identify students learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- Conduct practical activities, demonstrations and project-based learning wherever applicable.
- Integrate technology and cutting-edge teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Maintain student academic records and submit reports as required.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events and academic activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the academic leadership team.
- Contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular development of students.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed.



or equivalent teacher-training qualification preferred/as applicable under CBSE norms.
- 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/recognized school preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom-management skills.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver structured, student-centred lessons.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, assessment methods and competency-based learning.
- Comfortable using smart-class technology, MS Office/Google Workspace and digital teaching resources.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and student development.
- Candidates who can contribute to co-curricular activities, projects and school events will be preferred.
