Role Description The English Teacher Middle School role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru South. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, focusing on reading, writing, grammar, and literature for middle school learners. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The teacher will manage classroom activities, maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment,



and support students’ language proficiency and critical thinking skills. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in staff meetings, and engaging in school events and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience teaching middle school students.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or B.Ed is preferred.
- Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms and manage diverse learning needs.
- Comfort with basic educational technology and digital resources for instruction and assessment.
- Prior experience in a school setting and familiarity with integrated learning programs is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
