Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a English teacher at Shah Global School located in Indapur, Pune. The teacher will oversee all aspects of the school’s operations, including curriculum development, staff management, and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities will also include implementing educational policies, communicating with educators and parents,



and ensuring the school meets its academic and administrative goals.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and experience in adapting curricula to align with educational best practices
- Strong Educational Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teachers and staff effectively
- Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication, and the ability to engage with parents, students, and stakeholders
- Experience in managing primary and middle school education programs
