We’re looking for a Product Engineering Lead who can build a small, exceptional engineering team and ship fast.
Your mandate
- Hire and build a team of high-agency developers
- Own a product/module end-to-end
- Ship meaningful features every week
- Tinker, test, iterate, and improve continuously
- Make rapid technical decisions and remove blockers
- Stay close enough to the code to help the team move faster
- Keep the system you own getting better every week
Who we’re looking for
- Strong engineering background
- Proven ability to hire and lead developers
- High bias for action and experimentation
- Comfortable working in a rapid-moving startup environment
- Measures progress by what gets shipped
- Low bureaucracy, high ownership
Location: On-site, Bangalore This is a builder role, not a coordination role.
