Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain hands-on relationships with business, finance, and operations teams to deeply understand their needs
- Translate business requirements into cutting-edge, scalable solutions in partnership with engineering teams
- Take full ownership and personal accountability for the successful delivery of your projects
- Independently lead multiple concurrent programs and projects through the entire lifecycle, including scope definition, requirements gathering, planning, delivery, and prioritization
- Drive on-time delivery and deployment by establishing clear checkpoints and milestones
- Proactively communicate status updates and progress to both internal and external stakeholders
- Bring clarity, structure, and focus to ambiguous situations in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the global organization through delivery of high-impact projects and programs
