Role Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead our cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering teams. You will combine team leadership with direct oversight of system architecture, incident response, and delivery execution across client engagements during US overlap hours.
Required Technical & Qualified Skills
- Experience: 12+ years in IT and cloud engineering, with a solid track record of direct line management and technical delivery.
- Cloud & IaC: Hands-on background in AWS and GCP platforms using Terraform.
- DevOps Ecosystem: Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, GKE), and build platforms like Jenkins,
GitHub Actions, or Harness.
- DevSecOps & Tools: Experience embedding security checks into pipelines (SonarQube, Vault) and orchestrating tasks via Ansible or Airflow.
- Monitoring & Operations: Understanding of Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, and OpenSearch. Strong root-cause analysis skills supported by Python or Shell scripting.
- Workflow: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Slack/Teams in Agile setups.
Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional / GCP Professional Cloud Architect
- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe
