A. SUMMARY

Drive high-performing technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while fostering a culture of innovation. Oversee team management, ensure high-quality technical output, and guide project roadmaps from concept to execution. Continuously optimize software development processes and workflows to align with business goals and uphold technical excellence.

B. KRA in detail i. Project Delivery & Execution

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Track milestones, manage risks, and remove delivery blockers
- Maintain predictable and transparent delivery pipelines

ii. Team Leadership & People Development

- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams
- ability to set roadmap and goals for a team and every one of its members, delegate intelligently,
- Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and career development planning, honest feedback
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and creative team culture
- Lead from the front when the situation calls for it.

iii. Technical Excellence & Quality

- Ensure high standards in architecture, system design & code quality,

C. Qualification & Quality i. Education

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Masters degree (MBA/MS) is a plus

- 1012+ years in software engineering or technology roles
- 25+ years in team leadership or engineering management
- Proven experience delivering complex, scalable software systems

iii. Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and scalability
- Experience with modern tech stacks, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices
- Understanding of security, performance, and reliability
- Latest trend of Tech driven problem solving & process improvement (AI-driven inclusion)

iv. Leadership & Management

- Ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
- Experience in performance management and career development
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
