Role Objective:

Analyze Interior designs with significant value engineering, and ensure that high quality design deliverables are delivered to the execution team in a timely manner, enabling the completion of projects as per the projected time and cost.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic oversight and design direction across multiple projects.
- Review and approve concept designs, presentations, and design philosophies before they are taken to clients or senior management/leadership.
- Set and monitor design standards, quality benchmarks, and process consistency across all projects under the portfolio.
- Mentor, guide, and performance-manage teams, building design talent and capability across the function.
- Oversee project briefs, area statements, and design budgets across the portfolio to ensure alignment with overall business and commercial objectives.
- Review BOQs for accuracy, cost optimization, and design intent before final sign-off.
- Establish a structured review mechanism (drawings, site progress, design deviations) across projects and track overall project timelines and possession dates across the portfolio, flagging risks and resource bottlenecks to leadership.
- Drive coordination between Design, Marketing/Sales,



and Execution teams for the portfolio.
- Periodically visit critical/flagship sites to assess design execution quality and resolve escalated design-related issues.
- Drive standardization of layout drawings, detailing practices, and documentation protocols across all projects.
- Ensure solid working knowledge of MEP/HVAC integration at a design-coordination level.
- Liaise with senior management/leadership to align design strategy with overall business goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Drive process improvements, vendor/consultant empanelment frameworks, and design innovation initiatives across the interior design function.

Skills: Cost Management, Construction Management, Procurement, Other Design cells Qualification : Diploma in Interior Design

Practice and Other Requirements : 20 + years including minimum 7 years of experience in a design

Consultancy.
