Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for power generation projects.

- Experience in design of Main Switchboard, Emergency Switchboard, Power Distribution Boards and Energy Distribution Boards

- Preparation of acceptance test procedures, Quality assurance plan

- Product compliance testing for Environmental and EMI/EMC as per MIL std

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.

- Ensure compliance with Indian standards by implementing quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

- 10-16 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering or related field.

- Solid knowledge of Control Panel Design, LV Switchboard, Power System, Project Management principles.

- Proven track record as an Engineering Manager or similar role leading complex engineering projects.
