Ensure project milestones are achieved as per APQP timelines.

Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Review project status and report to management.

Clarify engineering requirements and specifications.

Support customer audits and design reviews.

Review BOM / BOM updating & SAP BOMs, drawings, and design release documents.

Ensure compliance with customer standards and regulatory requirements.

Drive VA/VE and cost-reduction projects.

Improve material utilization and design efficiency.

Support localization and alternate component qualification

Support prototype, validation, and production readiness activities

Customer Satisfaction, Cost Optimization & Continuous Improvement in Documents level

Expectations Information May :-

810 years in Automotive Wiring Harness Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years in team leadership/managerial role
