Engineering Leadership Requirements :

- 8+ years of overall engineering experience, with at least 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams responsible for designing, building, deploying, and operating production-grade systems at scale.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
- Strong full-stack engineering expertise, with a solid understanding of both backend and frontend development, system architecture, APIs, databases, and scalable application design.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and speech/voice interfaces will be a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating complex enterprise platforms and third-party systems, particularly systems owned or managed by different engineering teams.
- Ability to understand existing architectures, APIs, dependencies, data flows, and operational constraints, and make integrations reliable and scalable.
- Robust engineering process and operational discipline,



including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, observability, monitoring, incident management, and structured release processes.
- Experience building systems that are reliable, maintainable, secure, and production-ready.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Comfortable taking ownership, identifying gaps, making pragmatic technical decisions, and delivering solutions despite incomplete requirements or real-world operational constraints.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with product, engineering, business, and external technology teams to drive projects from concept through production.
- Willingness to travel periodically to Mumbai and Pune and collaborate with distributed teams, customers, and stakeholders as required.
