Reporting to: Managing Director

We are looking for an experienced Head Projects & Technical to work directly with the Managing Director and take overall responsibility for the technical and project execution functions across the organisation.

The candidate will oversee Civil, Structural, MEP, ELV, QA/QC and allied technical divisions, with strong exposure to commercial buildings, premium developments and 5-star hotel projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the MD on technical, project execution and strategic matters.
- Lead and coordinate Civil, Structural, MEP and ELV functions.
- Take overall responsibility for technical coordination and project execution.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical submissions and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC, contractors and specialist agencies.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and technical compliance.
- Resolve critical site and design-related technical issues.
- Manage MEP services including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and related systems.
- Oversee ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA, Structured Cabling, IPTV/SMATV, AV and Networking.
- Lead technical coordination for 5-star hotels, commercial buildings and high-end projects.
- Review material approvals, shop drawings, method statements,



testing and commissioning.
- Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion.
- Support procurement and vendor evaluation from a technical perspective.
- Conduct technical review meetings and provide regular updates to the MD.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved quality, cost and timeline.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / relevant Engineering discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
- Strong experience in commercial buildings, 5-star hotels, hospitality, malls or high-rise projects.
- Good knowledge of Civil + MEP + ELV coordination.
- Experience managing multiple technical teams and contractors.
- Robust consultant/client/vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates with experience working directly with MD/Director/Promoter-level management will be preferred.
