- Basic knowledge of PLM tools like Teamcenter or 3Dx.





o Hands-on experience with any of automotive commodities: Exterior, Interior, Chassis, or Electrical systems. (Good to have: Wiring Harness commodity experience)
- Strong understanding of commodity cost drivers and manufacturing processes (moulding, assembly, etc.) to deliver cost targets.
- Basic knowledge of using CAD tools (e.g., for viewing, measuring, and analysing 3D models/drawings) and familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
- Robust understanding of automotive product development milestones (Program start to Job 1) and change management processes.
