Product Validation will be responsible for executing validation activities to ensure LED lighting products meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. This role supports the R&D; team by bridging product design with compliance and reliability testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement validation strategies and test plans for new LED products.

Conduct electrical, optical, thermal, and mechanical performance testing.

Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, UL, CE, RoHS, BIS, etc.).

Perform reliability and accelerated life testing during product development.

Document validation protocols, test reports, and compliance records.

Collaborate with design engineers, quality teams, and certification agencies.

- Provide feedback to R&D; for design improvements based on validation results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Optoelectronics, or related field.





Robust skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.

3–5 years of experience in product validation/testing, preferably in LED or lighting domain.

Strong knowledge of LED product standards, photometry, and reliability testing.

Hands-on experience with R&D; validation tools (integrating sphere, spectrometer, thermal chamber, power analyzers).

Proven track record of working in R&D; environments with cross-functional teams.
