Role & responsibilities

Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance of machines and other equipments as per the schedule and maintain all preventive and breakdown maintenance record with machine history cards and machine down time records.

1. Manage & performs improvement project related to safety, energy saving, cost saving.
2. Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, suggestion & LCA in structured manner & track effectiveness.
3. To handle day to day breakdowns & corrective action related to Hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanical and electrical issues.
4. To Handle SAP related activity Purchase Requisition, Material Reservation and maintain All preventive Maintenance, Breakdown maintenance & other maintenance related documents.
5. Spare part management.
6. Identify & plan to Arrest Air Leakage & Oil leakage to reduce maintenance cost.
7. Understanding of TS-16949 documentation, EOHS (ISO-45001-2015, ISO 14001-2015) Audit documentation work.
8. Attend Daily DWM meeting & corrective action on the points.
9. Analytical skill for Route cause analysis , CAPA of B/Ds.
