Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Making
- Experience: 5–7 years in Press Tool Maintenance
- Mandatory Skills: AutoCAD, Automotive Standards, Metal Stamping Tools

Key Responsibilities
- Perform tool validation, buy-off, and in-house trial activities.
- Troubleshoot and maintain running press tools & stamping moulds.
- Execute tool re-sharpening and preventive maintenance.
- Manage tool spares, stock monitoring, and vendor coordination.
- Operate press tool machines and support tool corrections.
- Maintain tooling documentation and daily inspection records.
- Improve tool life, productivity, and press tool OEE.
- Ensure 5S, safety, and compliance within the tool room.
- Participate in tool design reviews and continuous improvement.
- Train NAPS trainees on press tool maintenance practices.
