Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, technical specifications, and contract requirements for Substation and T&D; projects.

- Prepare techno-commercial bids for AIS/GIS Substations, Transmission Lines, and Distribution Network projects.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, and Project teams during bid preparation.

- Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, bid costing, and pricing analysis.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

- Prepare techno-commercial comparisons and vendor evaluations.

- Identify project risks, bid exclusions, qualifications, and commercial deviations.

- Prepare compliance matrices, bid bonds, tender checklists, and submission documents.

- Participate in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, and site visits.

- Support contract finalization and smooth handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
