Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Engineer – Renewable Power Energy to support the operation, maintenance, and performance of renewable energy systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, equipment maintenance, power generation systems, and customer support. The role requires regular field visits to project sites for maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of renewable power generation systems.

Ensure smooth operation and maximum uptime of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.

Monitor plant performance, energy generation, and equipment efficiency.

Carry out inspections, testing, commissioning, and servicing of renewable energy assets.

Coordinate with customers during installation, maintenance, and service activities.

Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely resolution of technical issues.





Travel to project sites for installation support, maintenance, and customer service activities.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of Electrical Maintenance and Mechanical Maintenance.

Understanding of Power Generation systems and renewable energy technologies.

Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.

Good understanding of electrical panels, motors, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field service and site visits.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of experience in the Renewable Power Generation (RPG) or renewable energy industry.

Experience with solar power plants, wind energy systems, hybrid power solutions, or other renewable energy projects will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with commissioning, testing, and maintenance of renewable energy equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to maintenance and customer support.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Willing to travel extensively for field visits and emergency maintenance when required.

Valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
