Summary of the Role & Responsibility:

1. Responsible for mechanical maintenance activities in Engine Plant 1, Akurdi plant.
2. Exposure in CNC Machines and Hydraulic systems Maintenance is must.
3. Robust technical skills with ability to manage Mechanical Maintenance.
4. Problem solving and analytical skills with communication.
5. Knowledge of safety, Statutory & sustainability requirement and knowledge of TPM, QMS, EMS.

Details of the Job
1. Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance activities of the Engine Plant 1, Akurdi plant.
2. Maintenance Plan for CNC Machines preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and Daily Break

down.
1. Set maintenance goals and attend shift activities of Maintenance in 3 shifts.
2. Knowledge of Spares planning and procurement
3. Ensuring OEE of CNC Machines and Utilities by improving MTTR, MTBF and Breakdown percentage.





6)Hand on experience of machine troubleshooting with technique of Root cause analysis. 7)Exposure in improvement, kaizen, Spare cost & energy saving activities.

Technical Requirements

Knowledge of Maintenance of Mechanical, like; Chillers, Mazak , Makino and BFW machines etc, Spare planning and monitoring, Good understanding on GAT / machine reconditioning etc.

Behavioural Requirements

Working with team, taking along the subordinates & colleagues. Effective communication & presentation skills.

Education Requirements

- Mandatory for the Role : BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Preferred : BE

Experience: Min 3 Years to Max 5 Years (Candidates Age Max: 24-28 Years)
