– MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

- Design and Engineering of fire protection and detection systems (sprinkler, hydrant,

foam, water spray/mist, gas suppression, fire detection and alarm etc.) as per NFPA/BIS/NBCS.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for fire protection and detection system packages

across multiple projects.
- Carry out hydraulic calculations for sprinkler/hydrant/water spray systems with fire

pump sizing.
- Reading and understanding technical specifications and preparation of compliance

sheets.
- Coordinate with client/consultants for technical meetings and approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical enquiries, spec. compliance checks and

quotations.
- Prepare technical documentation including compliance/deviation lists, comparison

sheets, design basis reports,



data sheets & QAP.
- Review of P&IDs;, GA drawings and equipment layouts.
- Support estimation team in tender documentation and pre-bid technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with site/execution teams for material submittals and inspection reports.

Desired Skills

- Basic understanding of fire protection and detection systems (preferred, not

mandatory for freshers)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to learn BIS/NBCS/ NFPA standards.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
