Position: Engineer-Domestic Service

Experience: 4 To 10 Years

Location: Gujarat

Your Profile:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 4 To 10 years of experience in service engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical problem-solving.
- Valuable customer and dealer handling skills with effective communication.
- Ability to coordinate with service engineers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer/dealer locations as required; English and Hindi communication preferred.

Your Task:

- Handle customer and dealer complaints and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution.
- Support dealers and service engineers in resolving technical and machine-related issues.




- Review and close service calls within the defined 2448 hour TAT to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor BMS, spare orders, MTTR, and service performance against targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and dealers to improve machine up time and service quality.
