Hiring for Civil Engineer at Chennai park

Reporting To: Engineering Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to oversee and execute civil construction, maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction and maintenance activities across the park.
- Supervise ongoing civil works including structural works, RCC, masonry, flooring, waterproofing, painting, drainage, roads, and other infrastructure works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents and ensure execution as per approved plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, material usage, quality, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
- Prepare and verify measurements, estimates, work orders, bills, and contractor submissions.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and control project costs.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, site records, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Support civil maintenance and renovation activities as required.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualification & Experience
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction, projects, infrastructure, hospitality, amusement parks, or similar industries.
- Good knowledge of civil construction practices, estimation, BOQ, quantity measurement, and site supervision.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, problem-solving, and contractor-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
