Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer – Business Development to support business development, tendering, estimation, client coordination, and lead generation activities for Industrial and Commercial Construction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, tender estimation, and rate analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential clients and develop strategies for approaching them.
- Prepare detailed proposals and tenders for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming Industrial / Commercial Construction projects and tenders.
- Study Tender Enquiries, BOQ, Scope of Work, Technical Specifications and Project Requirements.
- Assist in Rate Analysis, Estimation, Tender Preparation and Commercial Proposal activities.
- Assist in preparation of Company Profiles, Pre-Qualification Documents, Presentations and Tender Documents.




- Maintain business development records and update enquiry/project information in ERP Software.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of cost estimation, lead generation, rate analysis, and tendering processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients.

Required Skills

- Good Communication, Client Coordination and Follow-up Skills.
- Basic knowledge of Business Development / Sales / Tendering.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis, Estimation and Tendering.
- Basic understanding of Industrial / Commercial Construction.
- Basic knowledge / exposure to ERP Software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
