- Inspect apartments before and during fit-out work.
- Check interior drawings and ensure work follows fit-out guidelines.
- Coordinate with residents, architects, interior designers and contractors.
- Monitor fit-out work and identify/track deviations.
- Check plumbing, electrical and waterproofing work.
- Prepare Daily Status Reports (DSR) and inspection reports.
- Conduct final inspection and coordinate fit-out completion.
- Ensure construction materials and debris are not kept in common areas.
- Ensure safety and protection of the building structure during fit-out activities.
- Coordinate required documents and initiate the fit-out deposit refund process after completion
Preferred candidate profile Age : upto 45 yrs
- Education : Diploma in Civil Engineer / Interior Designer
- Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate/ Interior Design / Facility Management - Softservices
