Job Requirements

- Design and simulate analog circuit blocks such as:
- Amplifiers
- Comparators
- Bandgap references
- Bias circuits
- LDOs
- ADC/DAC support circuits

- Perform transistor-level schematic design and simulations.
- Conduct PVT, Monte Carlo, and corner analyses.
- Support analog layout reviews and guide layout engineers on matching and parasitic considerations.
- Perform post-layout verification and debugging.
- Collaborate with system, verification, and physical design teams.
- Prepare design documentation and technical reports

Work Experience

- Valuable understanding of analog circuit fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre or equivalent EDA tools.
- Knowledge of CMOS analog design techniques.
- Familiarity with SPICE simulations, device characterization, and layout concepts.
- Basic understanding of mixed-signal design and verification.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.a
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Analog or Mixed-Signal IC Design.
