- Conduct and/or lead energy audits and identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate technical and economic feasibility of energy efficiency and decarbonisation measures.
- Prepare energy audit, GHG accounting and decarbonisation reports.
- Support GHG inventory, validation and verification activities in accordance with applicable standards.
- Support assignments related to CCTS, carbon credits and GHG emission reduction projects.
- Prepare tenders, proposals and technical documents.
- Manage PMC/AMC and client assignments.
- Review technical data, calculations, emission factors and supporting documentation.
- Mentor and train junior energy auditors.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Willingness to travel for industrial site visits, audits and verification
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in energy efficiency, energy management and energy auditing.
- BEE Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) is mandatory.
- Experience in GHG accounting, GHG inventory and carbon management.
- Knowledge of CCTS, carbon markets and GHG validation/verification will be preferred.
- Lead Verifier / relevant certification in GHG validation and verification will be an added advantage.
