Role Summary

We are looking for an Energy Audit Engineer to analyze energy consumption data from smart meters, identify losses and inefficiencies, and support utilities and consumers in improving energy performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct energy audits at feeder, DT (distribution transformer), and consumer levels using smart meter data

- Analyze load profiles, consumption patterns, and power quality parameters

- Identify technical and commercial losses, meter tampering, and anomalies

- Prepare energy balance and AT&C; loss reports

- Validate meter data and coordinate with field teams for corrective action

- Create dashboards, MIS reports, and audit summaries in Excel

- Recommend energy-saving and loss-reduction measures

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of electrical systems (distribution networks, transformers, LT/HT systems, power factor, load management)

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, data cleaning)

- Understanding of smart meters, AMI/AMR, and MDM systems

- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills
