Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop environments.
- Manage endpoint provisioning, deployment, enrollment, and lifecycle management.
- Configure and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Online.
- Support Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business services.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, application deployment, and configuration profiles.
- Deploy and manage devices using Windows Autopilot.
- Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), including user, group, and access management.
- Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and security posture.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
- Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
- Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
