We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Delivery Manager to lead delivery execution across a large-scale managed services and transformation program.
The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, transition, SLA/KPI performance, staffing, risk management, governance, and change management across multiple delivery tracks.
? Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across Managed Services, platform support, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive program cadence, PI Planning, dependency management, and cross-track execution.
- Lead transition activities including Knowledge Transfer, Shadow Support, Reverse KT, and Go-Live readiness.
- Own SLA/KPI performance, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and service outcomes.
- Manage staffing, ramp-up/ramp-down, attrition, backfills, and delivery workforce integration.
- Own RAID management, risk mitigation, and escalation across delivery towers.
- Lead working-level and leadership governance, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Partner with Change Management teams to align people, process,
and technology changes.
? What We're Looking For
- 10–12+ years of experience managing large-scale managed services or transformation programs.
- Strong experience in multi-tower delivery and transition management, preferably at 100+ FTE scale.
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management, corrective actions, and service governance.
- Experience managing distributed India delivery teams in an onshore/offshore operating model.
- PMP / SAFe RTE / Protected Program Consultant certification preferred.
- Exposure to Sales Planning, Sales Compensation, or Varicent is an advantage.
- Based in India with flexibility to travel internationally for program planning and governance.
