- Conduct on-the-job training for ASC personnel on HDA pump inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and health check procedures.
- Develop ASC competency in identifying pump performance issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Carry out periodic health checks and condition assessments of HDA pumps at customer sites.
- Analyze pump operating conditions and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and service life.
- Recommend best operating and maintenance practices to end users for trouble-free pump operation.
- Prepare health check reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Promote preventive maintenance and condition monitoring practices.
- Identify spare parts, repair, and service opportunities arising from pump health assessments.
- Support ASC teams in resolving technical issues and improving service quality.
- Build robust relationships with end users and enhance confidence in KSB products and services.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and spares teams to support customer requirements and business growth.
