Key Responsibilities:

- Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness. • Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates. • Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance. • Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements. • Diligently attend to escalation • Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices • Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources • Ensure SLAs & KPIs are consistently met.

MDM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof • Excellent process knowledge of Employee Data Management. • Ability to properly research, identify,



and document a system defect • Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used to process • Ability to understand :- o the client administrative workplace o the various Systems being used to process a participant issue o Workflow Management • Basic understanding of MIS • Good understanding of Service level agreements.

Quality Control - HRO

Role Responsibilities •Strong understanding of end to end cycle of H2R (MDM, Employee benefits, Talent Acquisition, Statutory audits) •Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations •Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements. •Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions. •Adherence of daily audits are being performed and reported out to internal and external stakeholders •Prepare RCAs, 5Whys for the errors with strong preventive action •Ensure all team deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately •Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets •Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities •Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs •Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy To Schedule an Interview:
