Key Responsibilities

- Receive and handle emergency, urgent, and high-priority calls in a calm and professional manner.

- Quickly identify the nature and severity of an incident by asking relevant questions.

- Collect and accurately record essential information, including caller details, location, incident type, and immediate risks.

- Provide clear and appropriate instructions to callers while emergency assistance is being arranged.

- Monitor active incidents and maintain communication with response teams until the situation is stabilized or handed over.

- Escalate critical incidents to supervisors or management according to established procedures.

- Maintain accurate and timely records of all emergency calls, actions taken, escalations, and outcomes.

- Use call center systems, emergency communication tools,



GPS/location systems, and incident management software effectively.

- Prioritize multiple incidents according to urgency and established response protocols.

- Maintain confidentiality of caller and incident information.

- Follow company emergency response procedures, service-level requirements, and quality standards.

- Prepare incident reports and provide relevant information for post-incident reviews.

- Remain calm, empathetic, and skilled when dealing with distressed, anxious, or difficult callers.

Qualification : Any Degree

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
