SoloITech is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns for our business and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in email automation, lead nurturing, campaign strategy, and email deliverability.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Create newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Develop email automation and follow-up workflows.
- Monitor open rates, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results.
- Research and implement effective email marketing strategies.
- Maintain email database hygiene and improve deliverability.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.





Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Email Marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of email automation and lead nurturing.
- Experience with Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
- Positive understanding of email deliverability and spam compliance.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Experience with B2B email marketing is a plus.
