Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Email Marketing Specialist role based in Dwarka.

The Email Marketing

Specialist will plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that support client and internal marketing objectives. Typical responsibilities include segmenting email lists, crafting compelling copy and layouts, setting up automated workflows, and managing campaign calendars. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, running A/B tests, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.

Collaboration with design, content,



and sales teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead nurturing.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools.

- Experience with Marketing Analytics and the ability to interpret campaign data.

- Strong Communication skills for transparent, concise email copy and cross-functional collaboration.

- Background in Lead Generation through targeted email campaigns and nurturing sequences.

- Knowledge of email best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and compliance (e.g., opt-in standards).

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
