Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in US Healthcare marketing, B2B email campaigns, lead generation, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US healthcare market and healthcare provider ecosystem and be able to independently research prospects, build targeted lists, create personalized email campaigns, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns targeting the US healthcare market.
- Develop targeted prospect lists covering physician groups, medical practices, hospitals, healthcare organizations, RCM companies, and other healthcare decision-makers.
- Use Apollo.io extensively for prospect research, contact discovery, list building, enrichment, segmentation, and outreach.
- Develop personalized email sequences, drip campaigns, follow-ups, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify relevant US healthcare companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Create highly personalized email content based on company, role, healthcare service, business needs, and buying stage.
- Monitor campaign metrics including open rate, click-through rate, reply rate, bounce rate,



meetings generated, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize subject lines, messaging, targeting, and sequences.
- Maintain proper email deliverability, domain health, list hygiene, and contact validation.
- Work closely with the Business Development/Sales team to convert marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain campaign reports and provide regular updates on leads, responses, meetings, and conversions.

AI & Automation Responsibilities
- Use AI tools extensively for market research, prospect research, email personalization, content generation, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
- Robust working knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI productivity/marketing tools.
- Experience using AI for US healthcare account research and personalized outreach.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Use AI to analyze prospect information and create relevant, personalized messaging rather than relying on generic mass emails.
- Familiarity with Clay AI / AI enrichment, Zapier, n8n, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar tools will be an advantage. Current AI-focused healthcare/GTM roles increasingly combine Apollo with AI enrichment and automation tools.
