About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Email Marketing Executive who has a genuine interest in digital marketing and bulk email campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of email marketing, including creating and executing bulk email campaigns, managing email lists, preparing campaign content, scheduling campaigns, and monitoring campaign performance.

This is a marketing role focused specifically on Email Marketing. We are NOT looking for candidates whose primary experience is in CRM administration, CRM support, customer relationship management, telecalling, or non-marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, execute, and monitor bulk email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain email databases and mailing lists.
- Prepare email campaign content, subject lines, and basic marketing copy.
- Create and manage email campaigns using email marketing/bulk mailing platforms.
- Schedule campaigns based on target audience and campaign requirements.
- Monitor key email marketing metrics such as:
- Open Rate
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Bounce Rate
- Unsubscribe Rate
- Delivery Rate
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Perform basic A/B testing of subject lines, content, and campaign formats.
- Segment email lists based on campaign requirements.
- Maintain email marketing databases and ensure data quality.
- Follow email marketing best practices to improve deliverability and engagement.




- Coordinate with the content/design/marketing team for email creatives and campaigns.
- Research and suggest ways to improve email campaign performance.
- Support lead-generation and promotional email marketing activities.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- Practical knowledge of Email Marketing / Bulk Email Marketing.
- Understanding of email campaign creation and execution.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms/tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid, MailerLite, Amazon SES, HubSpot Marketing Email, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of email marketing metrics and campaign reporting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML email templates is an advantage.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage campaign data.

Candidates with internship or 0–2 years of relevant experience in bulk email campaigns, email marketing, lead-generation campaigns, newsletter campaigns, or promotional email marketing are encouraged to apply.

Education

- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant hands-on email marketing experience may also apply.
