Key Responsibilities

Senior ELV works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.

Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems.

Handle ELV systems such as:

CCTV & IP Surveillance

Access Control System

Fire Alarm & Detection System

Structured Cabling / Data & Voice

Public Address (PA) / Voice Evacuation

Intercom / EPABX

Intrusion Detection System

BMS / IBMS integration, wherever applicable

Read and interpret ELV drawings, layouts, schematics, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Coordinate cable routing, containment, termination, labeling, and equipment installation.

Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and installation teams at site.

Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, Civil, Architecture, and other MEP teams to resolve site coordination issues.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project management teams for inspections and approvals.

Conduct site surveys and identify technical requirements and installation constraints.

Prepare material requirements and coordinate with procurement/stores for timely availability.

Carry out testing, commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.

Ensure proper integration between ELV systems and other building services wherever required.

Identify technical issues and provide appropriate corrective actions.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project records.

Prepare red-line drawings, as-built drawings, testing reports, commissioning reports, and handover documents.

Attend client/consultant inspections and close observations and snags.

Ensure ELV installation complies with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, and safety requirements.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the project site.

Support final testing, client demonstration, system handover, and O&M; documentation.





Provide technical support during warranty and maintenance periods.

2. Required Qualifications

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.

Relevant experience in ELV project execution, preferably in building construction, commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Good knowledge of ELV installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, PoE, basic VLAN concepts

AutoCAD and reading of technical drawings

MS Excel and MS Office

Testing and commissioning procedures

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
