Job Title: ELK Support Lead

Location: Hyderabad (Offshore)

Experience: 8+ Years

Shift Timings: Night Shift (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST) / US EST Primetime

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ELK Support Lead with 8+ years of experience to maintain and scale enterprise Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats) environments. You will oversee clusters used for security analytics and log management on AWS, ensuring platform availability and performance during US hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Cluster Management: Define administration standards, index lifecycle policies, and optimization routines for multi-instance ELK setups. Create runbooks and mentor junior platform engineers.

• Integration & Maintenance: Maintain ELK infrastructure, cloud integrations, containerized components, and release pipelines.

• Stakeholder Support: Communicate regularly with client leads and security teams regarding platform status, storage planning, and ingestion rates.

- Outage Response:



Act as the main escalation point for cluster outages, index bottlenecks, and ingestion failures.

Required Technical & Skilled Skills

• Experience: 8+ years in IT operations, focusing on Elastic Stack administration and cloud platform support.

• Elastic Stack: In-depth experience configuring, sizing, and tuning multi-node Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats environments.

- AWS Cloud: Strong experience managing supporting AWS resources like EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, VPC, and RDS.

• CI/CD & Builds: Hands-on skill in building release pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Maven, and Git.

• Troubleshooting: Demonstrated capability to diagnose query performance, memory limits, and log pipeline bottlenecks under pressure.

- Elastic Certified Engineer / Elastic Certified Analyst
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate / Professional
