We are looking for an Electrician to join our team at Rabale MIDC. The candidate will be involved in electrical installation, wiring, troubleshooting, maintenance and hands-on practical work related to industrial electrical systems and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical wiring, installation and maintenance work
Installation and troubleshooting of electrical panels and control systems
Cable termination, dressing and testing
Reading and understanding electrical wiring diagrams and circuit diagrams
Troubleshooting electrical faults and carrying out corrective maintenance
Working with MCBs, contactors, relays, timers, sensors and other electrical components
Basic understanding of control panels and industrial electrical systems
Assist in panel manufacturing, assembly and testing
Support practical training activities at Prayas Academy
Demonstrate electrical concepts and practical applications to ITI students/trainees when required
Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain workplace safety
Maintain tools, equipment and work areas
Coordinate with the technical and training team for project requirements
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and industrial electrical systems
Ability to read electrical drawings
Knowledge of electrical components and control panels
Basic troubleshooting skills
Hands-on approach and willingness to learn
Valuable discipline and safety awareness
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Qualification
ITI – Electrician / relevant electrical trade
Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage
Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply
Experience
0–2 years
Candidates with experience in industrial electrical work, control panels, automation or maintenance will be preferred.
