Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Engineer – Manufacturing to support electrical production, assembly, testing, integration, and quality activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, troubleshooting production issues, maintaining 5S standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

● Inspect electrical components as per drawings and specifications.

● Assemble and wire electrical components, panels, and harnesses.

● Read and follow electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.





● Test electrical systems for functionality, continuity, and safety.

● Troubleshoot and rectify basic electrical issues.

● Integrate electrical subsystems into the final product.

● Record inspection and test results.

Required Skills

● Hands-on experience in electrical assembly and wiring.

● Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

● Basic knowledge of electrical components, sensors, motors, and connectors.

● Ability to use a multimeter and basic electrical testing tools.

● Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

● Positive attention to detail and safety awareness.

Eligibility

● Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

● 2–3 years of relevant shopfloor experience.

● Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing of medical equipment preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
