Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician with an ITI Electrician qualification to support electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of electrical systems, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance of machines, equipment, panels, and electrical systems.

Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults, breakdowns, and equipment failures.

Maintain and troubleshoot LT panels, MCC panels, distribution boards, motors, starters, contactors, relays, and control circuits.

Perform maintenance of lighting systems, power distribution systems, sockets, switches, and other electrical installations.

Conduct regular inspection of electrical equipment and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.





Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime through timely troubleshooting and repairs.

Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.

Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, megger, and other electrical tools.

Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, inspections, and repairs.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and workplace safety standards.

Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for major repairs and equipment-related issues.

Follow proper LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and electrical safety procedures while carrying out maintenance work.

Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and spare parts required for maintenance activities.

Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
